COMM 4101.03: Advanced Topics in Accounting I.

This course provides a theoretical framework for the study of accounting
policy. Case analysis is an integral part of the course. Topics covered
include accounting policy choice in a dynamic framework, partnerships,
standard setting, not-for-profit accounting and fund accounting. As well,
the class may consider various practical and theoretical topics, and
current topics, as appropriate.

FORMAT: Lecture 3 hours
PREREQUISITES: COMM 3105.03 and COMM 3111.03, or permission of the instructor
