Applying as an undergraduate student

apply onlineHow do you apply for undergraduate programs at Dalhousie? The easiest way is to do it online. But you can also download an Application Form (located below), fill it in and send it to us with the application fee. It's that simple. NOTE: Many departments require additional (supplemental) forms to be filled out and submitted. Please check the supplemental sections below.

Application fees

Dalhousie's application fee is either $45, $65 or $70, depending on the program you’re applying for.

Online applicants will be informed of the application fee for your program as you fill in the online form. You will be also given the option to pay your application fee online, by phone, fax, or mail. We accept cheques, money orders, bank drafts, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Applicants applying by mail will find the fee amount on the listed on the last page of the paper application. Please include the payment with your application or call us to make arrangements. 

Make cheques, money orders or bank drafts payable to Dalhousie University. On the back of the cheque print the applicant's full name and, if applicable, web application number (e.g., A141103). Please do not send cash.
